Laundry

Laundry rooms are located in each building.  The property management company (or a neighbor) can provide you with the door code to get in.  

Laundry Cards

• Laundry cards may be obtained from the machine located at the pool entrance.
• Directions are provided, along with a help number printed on the machine for any questions.
• Only cash is accepted.  

Laundry Rules 

• Hours 8 am to 10 pm 
• Leave Washer doors open when not in use to deter condensation and midew 
• If using both machines, wait several minutes before starting the second load to avoid overloading the drain 
• Clean out the dryer lint
