Severn House Residents: If you have a problem or issue with your building, e.g. stairway, laundry room, lighting, plumbing, etc. please first contact FirstService Residential to report the problem via the portal http://www.fsresidential.com/.
FirstService Residential in-house Customer Care Center associates are also available to assist with your questions or concerns, account balance inquiries, and work order requests. You may contact the Customer Care Center directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-870-0010.
If there is an emergency related to fire, flood or safety, CALL 911. Then contact the FSR Customer Care Center.
Other questions or concerns may be referred to the community representative for your building or to one of the other representatives.
