Ad-Hoc - Building 4 Reconstruction
Deck railings, Reserve Study priorities – as previously reported, WPM is costing out two example styles to be installed at Building 4 in January:
Aluminum picket railings
Aluminum stanchions with stainless steel wire railings.
HVAC Closets - WPM assisting with the investigation of solutions to correct the overheating of condensers where horizontal HVAC closet louvers have been installed. No decision as yet, however replacement with vertical louvers similar to Bldg. 4 may be necessary.
Internet/Cable/TV – as previously reported, the Association will discontinue purchasing bulk cable as a service to owners on December 31, 2019.
Comcast and Verizon plan to present medial offers to owners and residents in December. Dates will be announced shortly.
Presentations will take place at the Eastport Firehouse on week-day evenings and on Saturdays.
Unit owner request that the Board “provide the real cost of maintaining the wood decks before deciding to go to aluminum railings”.
